Your Role: Senior Key Account Director

What You’ll Be Doing
Engage with potential clients through strategic phone and email outreach
Execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google (training provided)
Set, refine, and implement business strategies with minimal oversight
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive growth
Participate in leadership and sales training to sharpen your skills
Who You Are
7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client success
A self-starter and high achiever, thriving in a performance-based environment
Passionate about leadership, business success, and personal development
A strong communicator and negotiator, with the ability to close high-value deals
Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google advertising is a plus but not required
