Sporting Jobs have been retained by Tixserve, a market-leading digital ticket fulfilment and fan engagement platform with blue-chip sport and entertainment clients across the UK, Ireland and Australasia, to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Tixserve management team based in the United Kingdom. This is a full-time role (subject to probation) offering a competitive salary and benefits, including a hybrid home/office working model.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Revenue and Growth

Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.

Client & Relationship Management

Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and support junior sales staff to improve overall performance.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Market Insight & Reporting

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Report on performance metrics, pipeline status, and sales forecasting.

Skills & Experience

Proven success in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the sport or entertainment sector.
Track record in strategic planning and business development.
Confident communicator with board-level experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
Solutions-focused, resilient, and commercially minded, with a collaborative approach.
Highly organised, analytical, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Self-starter with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
