Job title: Senior Business Development Manager
Role Summary: Drive revenue growth and expand market presence for a digital ticket fulfilment platform. Lead strategic sales initiatives, cultivate key accounts, and mentor a sales team while collaborating with marketing and product functions.
Expectations: Deliver and surpass aggressive sales targets, close high‑value contracts, and sustain long‑term client relationships. Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
• Develop, execute, and refine sales strategies for new business acquisition and existing account expansion.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and deal closure.
• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead contract negotiations, secure high‑value deals, and ensure profitable terms.
• Mentor and coach junior sales staff to enhance performance and team capability.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to align messaging, launch initiatives, and improve customer experience.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust tactics and optimize ROI.
• Report performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership.

• Proven senior sales leadership in sport, entertainment, or related technology sectors.
