Job Title: Google CCAI / DialogFlow Engineer
Location: London - Hybrid
Job Type: 12 month contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Engineer/Developer with deep expertise in Google CCAI and DialogFlow to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying voice bots, with a strong focus on leveraging conversational AI to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop intelligent voice bots using Google DialogFlow
Integrate DialogFlow with various backend systems and APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement AI-powered solutions
Contribute to the development of GenAI-enabled voice bot solutions
Optimise performance, ensure scalability, and maintain high-quality conversational flows

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with Google CCAI and DialogFlow, particularly in building voice bots
Hands-on experience in developing Generative AI powered conversational interfaces
Strong understanding of API integration techniques
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
