Internal Communications Executive
Salary: £26,000-£28,000k per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Remote - With Weekly Travel to our Nurseries and Offices (Northampton and London)

Role Purpose:
Deliver the employee communications strategy to engage our people in our priorities, principles, and future vision. Develop and write outstanding messaging, delivered through creative channels, adhering to HEART principles and brand guidelines. Utilize employee data insights to influence communication priorities and decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Deliver employee communications to support business goals
Implement communication campaigns, projects, and events
Provide leaders and managers with messaging and materials
Create and implement compelling content across multiple channels
Source and publish creative stories to drive colleague engagement
Communicate organizational change and transformation
Utilize employee data insights for decision-making
Collaborate with communications colleagues
Develop relationships with key champions and colleagues
Stay updated with the latest communications research and techniques
Comply with Bright Horizons policies and promote HEART principles

Requirements:
Exceptional writing ability for short, fresh content
Experience producing creative content across different channels
Strong decision-making and priority management skills
Creative and innovative mindset
Relationship management skills
Ability to gather and analyze engagement data
Results-driven and able to work independently
