£70K + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
London – Hybrid (2 days Remote)

Are you a data-driven thinker who loves transforming complex datasets into actionable insights? This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing team focused on driving innovation, performance, and commercial success through data.
You’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, working across departments to promote a data-first culture and delivering insights that shape product, user experience, and business outcomes. This role also offers great scope to progress into a manager position.

What you’ll be doing:
Deliver high-impact analysis that drives product and business strategy
Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to monitor KPIs
Identify data gaps and propose scalable solutions
Guide and mentor junior analysts, supporting their growth and development
Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate insights effectively

What you’ll need:
3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
Expert-level SQL and experience querying large datasets efficiently
Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Strong background in regression analysis, funnel, cohort, and churn analysis
Commercial awareness with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

Bonus points for:
Experience with DBT, GA4, or Python
Background in building or enhancing commercial data products
