Job Description

As a Test Engineer, you will coordinate and execute testing projects related to wind energy, energy transmission, energy storage, hydrogen, and other renewable technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading end-to-end climatic test and validation projects, setting up complex electromechanical test campaigns, and ensuring seamless operations and maintenance.
Collaborating with technicians, customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver high-quality test results.
Managing a large-scale infrastructure project focused on test lab expansion and continuous process improvements.
Engaging in applied R&D initiatives related to wind energy and broader energy transition technologies.

Profile / Requirements

Master's degree in electromechanical engineering (or equivalent experience).
2-3 years of experience in the energy sector or a testing and validation environment.
Proficiency in instrumentation and measurement setups (sensors, data acquisition systems).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Hands-on approach with a passion for practical implementation, such as installing sensors and configuring test setups.
Excellent technical insight combined with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch will be considered a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Belgium and internationally.
