Rattaché (e) à la Directrice des Opérations (COO), couvrant les régions de la France, de la Belgique et des Pays-Bas, vous occupez un poste clé qui vous positionne au cœur de la stratégie de communication interne, de la gestion d’événements et des engagements sociaux et sociétaux.
Skills And Experiences
Vous avez au moins 3-4 ans d’expérience dans la communication, idéalement acquise dans une entreprise à
dimension internationale
Une appétence pour le secteur de l’informatique BtoB et pour le digital ainsi qu’une bonne compréhension des
enjeux de la transformation numérique des entreprises
Une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, sharepoint) et une bonne dose de
créativité (création de contenus vidéos, compétences en montage, Canva ou Adobe sont un gros plus)

Vous êtes curieux(se), autonome et aimez le travail en équipe
Vous êtes force de proposition et avez une appétence pour le suivi rigoureux de projets
Vous avez une approche méthodique du travail et êtes capable de gérer efficacement votre temps.
Vous avez une volonté d'apprendre et de vous développer professionnellement.
Vous avez un excellent sens relationnel et une maîtrise de l’anglais qui vous permet d’interagir efficacement au
sein d'un environnement multiculturel.
What You'll Do
'- Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie et mise en oeuvre de la communication interne sur les trois pays de]
la région
Gérer et animer les canaux de communication en interne (réseaux sociaux internes, intranet)
Organiser et coordonner les meetings d’équipe internes de bout en bout (réunions, team-building, séminaires etc)
Assurer la rédaction des différentes newsletters et de contenus mettant en avant nos clients et collaborateurs
Assurer la production de vidéos : script et tournage en lien avec les différents thèmes majeurs de la stratégie
et avec les différents départements de l’entreprise
Proposer des actions innovantes pour faire vivre notre marque employeur à travers le Groupe (alternants,
stagiaires)
Mesurer l’impact des différentes actions afin de proposer des améliorations continues
