Denton, Watford, or Horsham | 12-Month FTC | £111–125k

VINCI Facilities is looking for an experienced Maximo Consultant to join on a fixed-term basis. You'll play a key role in aligning our Maximo CAFM system with evolving business needs across multiple contracts, supporting operational excellence in a critical IT environment.

You’ll work closely with the CAFM Systems Developer and wider IT team to configure workflows, escalations, and system improvements. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical and stakeholder engagement skills, with training available on integration tools if needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder workshops and document system requirements
Analyse and enhance Maximo functionality and performance
Configure workflows and manage day-to-day system operations
Provide user support and resolve issues via ticketing systems
Ensure governance, change management, and documentation standards are met
Collaborate on testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of system changes

About You

Extensive experience in CAFM and IT service environments
Strong technical skills in IBM Maximo, SQL/DB2, and integration tools
Proven track record in troubleshooting, system upgrades, and testing
Familiar with infrastructure (Windows Server, IIS, RDS, web platforms)
Skilled in SQL, XML, Python or JavaScript, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
Confident translating business requirements into scalable system solutions
