Job Title: Network Engineer
Location: UK (Remote)
Salary: £80,000 per annum (Permanent Role)

Key Responsibilities:
Global Network Operations:
Provide support for the global data and security network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, DNS, and firewall issues.
Serve as the regional SME and escalation point for EMEA network operations.
Lead technical troubleshooting efforts and guide junior engineers globally.
Identify and resolve network performance issues to enhance uptime and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, problem management, and post-incident reviews.

Network Projects & Implementation:
Deliver strategic infrastructure projects such as site buildouts, M&A integrations, tech refreshes, and security enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience/certification.
5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and security.
Cisco certification (minimum CCNP) is required; advanced or security-focused certs are a plus.
Strong background with enterprise networking tools and technologies.
