Senior .NET Developer – Market Analytics Platform

We are looking for a .NET developer to join one of our global client in London or The Hague!
Contract: Freelance Contract
Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension)
Location: The Hague (NL) OR London (UK)

Project Overview:

This initiative is centered around building and enhancing a high-performance analytics platform designed to deliver actionable market insights across domains such as power and weather. The project supports decision-makers by integrating reliable market feeds, advanced analytics models, and robust data visualization capabilities into a single, user-friendly environment. The platform is used by analysts to evaluate market trends, forecast outcomes, and support strategic planning through real-time and historical data.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications.
Independently drive feature development and support workstreams with minimal supervision.
Participate in functional and technical design sessions, contributing to scalable and efficient software architecture.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for systems integration and data analytics workflows.
Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
Ensure seamless access to data and tools for end users through well-structured APIs and interactive UIs.

Technology Stack & Tools:

Frontend/Backend Development: ASP.NET (Legacy), C#, .NET Core
Application Type: Enterprise Web Application with data visualization and analytics capabilities
Development Practices: Agile delivery, version control, continuous integration, and DevOps alignment
