For this Job you Must:
Have 5+ years of experience in technical product/program management with broadcast/media background
Demonstrate proven ability to establish and manage processes across functional teams

Our Digital Technologies division is evolving! We're creating a new three-pillar structure comprising Workflow Solutions, Software Engineering, and Delivery teams. As we transition to multi-project operations, you'll lead the crucial Delivery team that bridges the gap between technical innovation and flawless execution. Working directly with Jan Devos, you'll help define and manage processes across our digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations during global sporting events. This role combines leadership, process optimization, and hands-on project management to deliver world-class broadcast experiences.

Your Responsibilities
Team Leadership (30%)
Manage a dynamic team comprised of 2 full-time professionals and multiple specialized freelancers
Foster a culture of excellence and innovation in broadcast technology delivery
Mentor team members and develop organizational capabilities for multi-project execution
Process Definition & Management (30%)
Establish robust workflows and processes across the Digital Technologies teams
Implement a structured approach to planning and delivering event-time operations
Create documentation frameworks and communication protocols that align multiple projects
Direct Project Management (30%)
Take hands-on responsibility for key projects, particularly in cloud production solutions
Focus primarily on FIFA World Cup 26™ (50%), FIFA Women's World Cup 27™ (10%), and Host Broadcast Management Committee initiatives (20%)
Ensure seamless delivery of cloud-based production platforms for major sporting events
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)
Work closely with Workflow and Software Engineering teams to align deliverables
Coordinate with production teams to understand requirements and ensure technical alignment
Engage with external partners, clients, and vendors to represent HBS's technical vision

Is it really for me?
Experience & Expertise
5+ years in technical product/program management, preferably in broadcasting or digital media
3+ years leading technical teams of 7-8 people, with proven success in delivering business outcomes
Experience with cloud production technologies and digital broadcasting workflows
Background in broadcast, streaming services, or production companies with technical focus
Professional Skills
Strong project management methodologies (PMO, Prince2, Agile, Scrum)
Excellent process definition and optimization capabilities
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and irregular schedules based on event timing
Workplace Flexibility
Position available in either Paris (with greater team presence) or London (with better US time zone alignment)
