Tech You'll Use:
Languages & Tools: SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, XML, JavaScript
Platforms & Frameworks: Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric (nice to have), Hadoop, Spark
Reporting & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects
Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines
What You'll Be Doing:
Designing and building robust analytics solutions with an emphasis on data quality and efficiency
Interpreting and visualizing complex datasets to support decision-making
Creating data models, databases, and warehousing solutions that serve the insurance/reinsurance space
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights
Identifying trends, opportunities, and improvements across multiple data streams
Developing dashboards, reports, and advanced visualizations
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in data analytics (ideally in the P&C insurance or reinsurance domain)
Expertise in SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
Strong background in data warehousing, data modelling, and statistical analysis
Experience with distributed computing (Hadoop, Spark) and data profiling
Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (or similar cloud platforms)
Bonus Points For:
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
Experience with CI/CD in data environments
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
