Small Domestic Appliances & Cookware markets are strongly impacted by the digitalization of the Distribution. In markets like China, Germany, USA, UK, more than 50% of the SDA products are sold online.
During the last 10 years, Groupe SEB’ sales strongly shifted from Off line (physical stores) to Online (45% of Groupe SEB’s sales were online in 2024, versus 20% in 2018%).
The Group has decided to make Online Sales the priority of its growth on the Consumer Business.

The eCommere Graduate Program
We offer a modern MBA in Digital Marketing & eCommerce with a 2 years program around 3 types of functions
Online Sale development (Online KAM, D2C Store Manager): in charge of developing the sales on digital touchpoint with our products by defining the right assortment, its pricing and promotion, overseen the store animation and operations with the rest of the eCommerce/D2C teams
What you will learn here: Assortment Management, Monitoring Retail Excellence (Content, Pricing, Promotion, Availability), Drive business based on data, own your first P&L (Profit&Loss)
Online activation profiles (Content Specialist / Retail Media Manager): in charge of the Product Content, the online merchandizing, the advertising (Retail Media / Digital Marketing), the performance optimization with Data & Analytics
What you will learn here: Implement content that drives sales taking into account the consumers insight available by the leading digital platfom (eg: Google / Amazon), Retail Media expertise
Growth profiles (eCommerce/D2C Excellence Manager; eCommerce/D2C Project leader): in charge of developing new growth opportunities (address eCommerce in geographies not addressed yet (for example Indonesia), open new stores (for example on Instagram) opening, or developing new business model (sale of 2 nd products online) / and defining the eCommerce practices and implement the change management plan in the market teams

Mission 1 : Amazon 1P/3P Business Developer [Oct 2025 to Sept 2026] in Frankfurt, Germany
Given the significant business opportunities, the first assignment of the e-commerce graduate program will exceptionally commence in Germany for a period of one year, following an integration period of one or two months at the Centrale Amazon team in France.
You will be based in Frankfurt in the Amazon team. This team is in charge of maximizing the development of sales, visibility of our product on Amazon. This team is selling to Amazon that sells to the consumers (Vendor), that teams is also selling directly to consumers on Amazon (Seller)
To support our growth ambition, we want to learn by doing how to optimize our presence on Amazon by combining those 2 business models.
You will lead a strategic transformation of our sales practices under the sponsorship of Groupe SEB DACH CoDir. You will be reporting to the Head of Amazon in a team of young and motivated talents.
What will you do:
Define & run the Amazon 1P/3P activation
Support the definition & execution of the assortment between 1P & 3P business
Track, monitor, evaluate, and adapt new commercial processes: promo planning, assortment efficiency, safety mechanics (anti-crap, OOS, etc.)
Oversee with the content team & Retail media team the right execution for the entire 1P/30 assortment
Align with logistics and operations teams to optimize fulfillment strategies (FBA vs. FBM) for profitability and customer experience
Internal Education & Change Management (1P/3P as the new standard)
Ensure proper understanding of the 1P/3P process internally (marketing, finance, logistics – 1P+3P forecast, HR, IT)
Ensure the successful adoption of 3P within Amazon team (AAM) and implement monitoring and specific tasks (BB reporting, "saved" 3P sales, etc.)
Monitor Sales Performance
Track and analyze key performance metrics (revenue, profitability, conversion rates, Buy Box share)
Implement data-driven actions to improve store performance
Regularly report insights and propose growth levers to senior management
Practice Follow-up
Benchmarking: Track 1P/3P development in the DE market using tools like Fox/PacVue
Tools & Practice Kit: Formalize and share best practices
