I am hiring for Commercial Lead role
Location: Manchester or Blackpool - Hybrid

Solid commercial acumen and experience running procurements via CCS frameworks.
Understanding of UK procurement regulations.
Proven negotiation skills.
Design and execute end-to-end procurement processes, including drafting requirements, advising on sourcing strategy, conducting competitions, managing governance, and awarding contracts.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience in contract and supplier management.
Familiarity with CCS Technology Frameworks (e.g. Technology Services, G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes & Specialists).
MCIPS/CIPS or equivalent qualification.
