System and Network Engineer
Architecture and System Administration
Design, deploy, and manage server infrastructures (Windows, Linux).
Manage virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
Implement and maintain storage and backup solutions.
Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
Network and Security Management
Deploy and manage network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).
Optimize network performance and security (QoS, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Implement monitoring and supervision solutions (Zabbix, PRTG, Centreon).
Enforce security policies (access management, segmentation, filtering).
Incident Management and Level 3 Support
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to IT infrastructures.
Provide advanced technical support to internal teams.
Write procedures and technical documentation.
Technology Watch and Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on new technologies and cybersecurity threats.
Propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and resilience of infrastructures.
Participate in developing IT strategy and technology choices.

Required Skills
Excellent proficiency with Windows and Linux environments.
Expertise in network administration (Cisco, Stormshield, NAC, Palo Alto).
Knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with virtualization and storage solutions.
Awareness of cybersecurity issues and best practices.
Cross-functional Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Initiative and autonomy.
Good communication and technical documentation skills.

Desired Profile
Bac+5 in computer science, systems, and networks or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred certifications: CCNP, ITIL, RHCE, VMware VCP.
