IT Transformation Manager | Cross Asset Trading | Up to £1,000 per day | 6 Months Rolling | Hybrid (LDB)
IT Transformation Manager is needed for a cross-asset trading house - with the rapid growth in profitability, acquisitions and business lines within the organisation, business-focused technology streams are being merged with retail and sales arms of the business with an immense cross over of methodologies, teams/entire organisations quickly becoming apparent, that the organisation now needs managed at the highest level.
This role requires expertise in managing large-scale IT transformation projects, demonstrating the ability to handle complex initiatives and deliver successful outcomes.
As an IT Transformation Manager, you will lead the IT transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with the business goals. This role involves overseeing budgets, ensuring quality, and engaging with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for tracking performance, managing risks, and overseeing the execution of transformation projects to ensure successful outcomes. The project focuses on transforming the IT infrastructure and processes to enhance efficiency, agility, and innovation within the organisation.
Knowledge and experience in IT transformation is crucial for this role – as an IT Transformation Manager, you’ll need experience fostering agility and adaptability within IT transformation processes, the ability to manage cross-functional, global teams, and expertise in developing and managing governance frameworks aligned with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
This IT Transformation Manager role is a 6-month rolling contract
Rate on this IT Transformation Manager role is paying up to £1,000 per day
Hybrid working: London, King Cross
Key Skills:
Strategic Planning and Alignment: Steering that IT transformation initiatives align with the organization's overall business goals and objectives.
Governance and Oversight: Steering that IT transformation is executed efficiently and effectively, with clear roles and responsibilities defined
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT transformation.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the progress of IT transformation initiatives and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.
Budget Planning and Monitoring: Developing and managing the budget for IT transformation initiatives
Knowledge of IT operations, strong skills in Agile methodologies, and proficiency in technology trends, infrastructure, cloud solutions, and IT security.
