Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
Location: Northampton, UK(Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to design, implement, and optimise Identity and Access Management solutions using IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM). This role involves Java development for custom integrations, ensuring secure access, identity provisioning, and compliance across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement ISIM solutions for provisioning, de-provisioning, and RBAC.
• Develop Java-based integrations, workflows, and custom connectors.
• Integrate ISIM with third-party identity providers, databases, and LDAP.
• Apply security best practices aligned with standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise IAM workflows and performance.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and dev teams for scalable solutions.
• Stay updated with IAM trends and enhance IAM architecture.
Requirements:
• Expertise in IAM tools (ISIM, Ping, Microsoft Identity Manager, etc.).
• Knowledge of IAM protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Experience in IAM admin tasks: provisioning, roles, access reviews.
• Strong Java skills with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with cloud (AWS, GCP, or aPaaS) IAM deployments.
• Proven experience in enterprise IAM environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
• Hands-on with ISIM components (workflows, connectors, reporting).
• Exposure to DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
