About the Role:
Are you fluent in code and people? We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager who can lead a software development team of around 15 people —coordinated, inspiring, and able to provide senior technical insight. You’ll be the bridge between brilliant engineers and bold product visions, turning caffeine and code into world-class software.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):
Lead software engineers and help them thrive through their continuous challenges through a significant growth period for the company that entails new products, apps and projects
Translate product dreams into clean, scalable reality
Champion clean code, agile practices, and
Balance technical depth with people-first leadership
Navigate sprints, standups, and the stakeholder meetings

Your Background:
10+ years in software development
4+ years leading teams as a technical or personnel manager
Your background does not need to be specific to a certain language or stack but, the main technical stack in the company is Java, Python, Angular and AWS
The proven ability to provide innovation and structure to high-performing development teams
