ServiceNow Developer

Location: Paris, France (Courbevoie area) - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract Duration: 1 year
Language Requirements: Fluent in English and French

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to take ownership of the ServiceNow Desk for our clients Paris office. This role requires a subject matter expert who can work autonomously, as direction will primarily come from the US team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating catalogues and acting as the go-to problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy ServiceNow Catalog Requests for various European Business Units using the ServiceNow Employee Service Center Portal.
Expand and enhance existing ServiceNow Catalog requests for France and Benelux sites.
Create custom dashboards tailored to different user profiles (end users, contributors, managers).
Track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and conduct satisfaction surveys.
Occasionally adjust working hours to accommodate system upgrades, with advance notice from the US team.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Ability to work independently and take initiative without needing constant guidance.
Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in creating ServiceNow catalogues.
Fluent in English and French.
Availability to work from the Courbevoie office at least 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
