Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities:
Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations
Write and execute test cases and validate business requirements
Perform backend testing using SOQL and SQL queries
Identify, document, and track defects
Work closely with QA leads, developers, and business teams
Qualifications:
4+ years of Salesforce testing experience
Experience in database tesing (Proficient in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good understanding of Sales and/or Service Cloud
Familiar with test tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
