SAP PP-QM Consultant -TG2404 - Ubique Systems

Job Specifications

The candidate should be proficient in French and English language.
The candidate should have experience in SAP PP and QM modules in SAP ECC.
The candidate should have good skills in configuring production planning and quality management master data, sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning,
Shop floor execution including both production order and process order, capacity planning, planning strategies, repetitive manufacturing, KANBAN.
The candidate should have knowledge on quality management planning, QM in procurement, QM in sales, Inspection lot processing, result recording, quality certificate, defect management, sample management quality notification.
The candidate should have 2-3 full life cycle implementation experience.
Knowledge of SAP MRP/Capacity Planning processes, Inventory(IM), Warehouse Management(WM).
Knowledge of different planning strategies for production(MTO, MTS) Detailed understanding of SAP technical objects integration to ECC- User exit/enhancement & data mapping.
Must have good understanding of an integrated & end to end supply chain planning process & how it links to SAP PP and linkages to MRP.
Hands on experience on ALM(Application life cycle management) tool.
Appreciated knowledge of the SAP Logistics part (SAP SD / SAP MM / SAP SD-MM): procurement, pricing, purchase orders, pricing schemes, basic transactions, flows, integration points Characteristics,
