About You:
You’re an experienced lead developer – or a senior dev ready to take the next step
You love solving complex problems and adapting to change
You’re calm under pressure, quick to pivot, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
You enjoy collaborating, sharing ideas, and pushing projects forward as a team

Responsibilities
Leading development across full-stack projects, with a focus on backend systems
Collaborating closely with clients in a consultative, solutions-driven role
Mentoring team members and contributing to technical decisions
Helping shape a dynamic and ever-evolving product roadmap

Qualifications
Languages & Frameworks: Python 3.8+, Node.js, Svelte / SvelteKit, React
DevOps & Tools: Git, AWS, Linux (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux 2)
