About Our Client

Our client is an insurance company.

Job Description

Data Protection (GDPR):
Ensure the organization's compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation, particularly concerning private and medical data.
Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies and procedures.
Act as the key point of contact for data protection matters.
Manage data subject requests and data breach incidents.
Training & Awareness:
Develop and deliver internal training programs on data protection and related legal topics to employees.
Develop and deliver training programs for partners on relevant data protection obligations.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in data protection law (GDPR) and its practical application.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Strong understanding of handling private and medical data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French and/or Dutch would be a strong asset.
