Senior to Principal Fullstack Engineer – High-Growth B2B SaaS Scaleup
London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) | Up to £140,000 + Strong Equity

We’re partnered with one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS scaleups, fresh off a huge Series A funding round and already partnered with major enterprise clients. The business is on track to triple headcount this year including doubling the size of the engineering team!

You’ll be joining as one of the first 20 engineering hires at a pivotal stage of growth, working closely with an elite team of Tech Leads, Staff Engineers, and Engineering Managers. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape product direction, architect scalable systems, and solve complex technical problems.

What You’ll Be Doing
Building cutting-edge fullstack applications with modern technologies
Driving high-level technical decisions, architecture, and engineering best practices
Taking full ownership of features from concept to production
Collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions to real customer problems
Scaling systems and processes in a fast-paced startup environment

What They're Looking For
6+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in product-focused SaaS environments
Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Next.js
Familiarity with AWS (serverless architecture is a plus)
You enjoy autonomy, ownership, and building products that solve real business challenges
