12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Join a Cyber and Digital Transformation Consultancy operating in the UK Defence Industry.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for an IT Support Engineer, with the potential for extension beyond 12 months.

You will be part of a small IT support team of 3, providing support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st / 2nd line IT Support.
Troubleshot and fix hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and manage secure networking systems.
Provide training on newly installed hardware and software systems.
Produce documentation of technical processes.
Configuring and maintain Endpoint devices using Intune.

Experience Required

Eligible for SC Security Clearance
Microsoft Azure and 365 platforms (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
