A rapidly growing, tech-driven firm in the digital asset space is looking for a C++ Team Lead to drive the development of cutting-edge trading systems. This is a Leadership role that will require both hands-on technical expertise and leadership, overseeing a team of developers while shaping the system architecture.

Key Requirements:
