BI Developer
(Oracle, AWS S3/Redshift, SQL)
Up to £55k
2-3 days a week in South Manchester

A global leader in technology used in the travel sector. The various tools and software the team here has built is used by travel and transport organisations globally, used by millions of customers, and genuine innovation in how people travel. They are at an exciting point where the business has continued to scale, and now looking for BI Developer to join their growing data and tech function.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement ETL processes to ingest, transform and load data into warehouse environments.
Work with data analysts and business users to provide accurate and timely reporting solutions.
Build and optimise SQL queries and materialised views to support reporting needs.
Collaborate across departments to identify new data sources and improve reporting accuracy.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and apps in a collaborative environment.

Tech Stack & Skills:

Experience within ETL/data warehousing A environments.
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) in an AWS S3/Redshift setting or equivalent tools (Informatica, SSIS).
Solid SQL development and performance tuning capabilities.
Exposure to web APIs and Python (desirable).
Understanding of dimensional modelling (Kimball methodology).
Hands-on experience with Power BI for enterprise reporting.
