If you’ve competed in blockchain competitions, hackathons, or university showcases—or if you've been up late coding a passion project just because you had to build it—we want to hear from you.

We’re hiring future blockchain innovators to join our high-performing team developing scalable Web3 systems in one of the world’s top tech hubs.

What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps)
Solve real-world challenges using blockchain protocols and secure system design
Work closely with engineers, cryptographers, and industry-leading Web3 developers
Build systems for use in DeFi, NFTs, identity, and decentralized infrastructure
Join an elite engineering community focused on innovation, performance, and impact

What We’re Looking For
Competed in blockchain competitions, hackathons, or technical showcases
Hands-on experience with smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) or blockchain protocols
Personal projects or open-source contributions in the Web3 ecosystem
Understanding of Ethereum, Solana, or other L1/L2 chains
Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar
Willingness to relocate to a global innovation hub

Nice to Have:
GitHub or project portfolio with examples of blockchain work
Exposure to decentralized identity, consensus algorithms, or zero-knowledge proofs
Passion for open-source, learning, and continuous experimentation
Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
