12 Months Contract initial | Outside IR35/ up to £900 per day | (2-3 days onsite)

Cititec Talent has partnered with a leading energy firm that is looking for an LNG Business Analyst to join their team. This is a pivotal role, contributing to their greenfield initiatives.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering new LNG trading ecosystems while supporting front-to-back office operations. You will work closely with the technical team to design innovative solutions aligned with their programme’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand current value and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain precise requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain clear traceability of requirements from initial business needs through to testing, scope adjustments, and final solution implementation.

Key Experience:
A minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst in energy trading,
Experience within LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is essential.
Familiarity with front, middle, and back office operations.
Knowledge of trading systems such as Endur, EOS, Veson or IMOS.
Proficiency in process improvement, data flow analysis, and technology integration.
