Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – KS2 – Manchester
Daily Rate: £90
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-term

Elevate Supply is working with a supportive, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Manchester seeking a confident and motivated Psychology graduate to join their KS2 team. This full-time role is ideal for a postgraduate Psychology student looking to gain meaningful classroom experience ahead of a career in education, educational psychology, or child development.

About The Role

Supporting children in upper KS2 in both 1:1 and small group interventions
Helping to deliver strategies for emotional regulation and focus
Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to support pupils with additional needs
Supporting social skills and well-being through structured activities
Helping pupils engage with the curriculum and make measurable progress

The Ideal Candidate

A Psychology graduate (or postgraduate) with a strong interest in education
Able to build rapport and maintain boundaries with pupils
Confident supporting children with a range of learning and behavioural needs
Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous experience working with children in any setting is beneficial
