Pay Rate Range $38-$45

Our commercial energy solutions provider client is experience rapid growth across the US as they drive change to more sustainable energy is looking to add a Salesforce Coordinator to their team. The candidate will this role will assist with Salesforce training, data analysis, issue resolution, and administrative support for the department. The ideal candidate will help drive Salesforce efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and assist with day-to-day operations for the Corporate Development function.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Training & User Support

Train new hires and existing users on Salesforce best practices.
Conduct ongoing meetings to address user challenges and optimize workflows based on team feedback.
Maintain documentation of processes for reference and training purposes.

Corporate Development & Administrative Support

Perform Salesforce data entry for the Corporate Development team.
Assist with expense reports, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks.
Support internal teams with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Salesforce Administration & Issue Resolution

Handle requests from Corporate Development team for Salesforce support.
Implement minor system changes and enhancements (field value updates received from sales team)
Ensure data integrity and maintain clean, accurate Salesforce records.

Data Analysis & Insights

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.
Analyze Salesforce user behavior to identify trends and training needs.
Provide data-driven insights to support sales and business development initiatives.
Assist in data storytelling through dashboards and reports.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

2-4 years of Salesforce experience (Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus).
Strong understanding of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management.
Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and user training.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to troubleshoot minor system issues and document best practices.
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
