Our client a non-for-profit charity are seeking an Operations Manager. Dealing with Life-long, life-changing employment support, jobs and training opportunities for Service leavers, reservists, veterans, and their families.

The Operations Manager will oversee both Nova Scotland and Nova Wales, ensuring smooth delivery. You'll manage teams of caseworkers and represent the company with stakeholders. Frequent travel and remote work are required in Scotland & Wales. Flexibility and customer focus are key.

The Justice Department team is passionate about supporting veterans from varied backgrounds like the Armed Forces and Police. They excel in managing vulnerable veteran caseloads and delivering effective care plans.

This full-time role offers a £50,000 salary, extensive training, and ongoing professional development. Regular conferences and team meetings keep you connected and learning.

Responsibilities:
Lead Nova Scotland and Nova Wales services
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Manage and develop teams
Ensure quality service delivery and reporting
Engage with marketing to boost awareness
