The vacancy
We have an excellent opportunity for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our Support Team to work alongside our passionate and experienced professionals in delivering excellent service to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a relevant IT qualification (such as BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Computing or BSC in Computer Science).

Key Responsibilities:
You will be providing support to users via phone, email or on-site, supporting infrastructure including servers, storage, network, devices, cloud services, operating systems, data and applications.
To be successful in this role you will:
Demonstrate excellent IT skills and a commitment to continuous learning
Think methodically, enjoy problem solving, and approach troubleshooting with initiative and creativity
Have a proactive and customer-centric attitude
Work effectively as part of a supportive team
Have excellent communication skills
