Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in fund administration and financial reporting, as well as familiarity with Fidelity Information Services (FIS).

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse data and processes in Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop data products that enhance the client experience.
Elicit and document functional requirements, create user stories, and oversee development.
Apply Agile methodologies and project management techniques for success.
Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical and functional queries.
Develop expertise in Invest One Accounting and contribute to team knowledge.
Collaborate on global solutions for data challenges and contribute to release planning.

Required Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in asset management.
Solid Back Office background in fund accounting.
Strong understanding of Fidelity Information Services (FIS) software.
Technical Analysis experience (SQL, Python for data analysis).
Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work independently.

This is a contract role based in London with the expectation of being onsite 3 days a week.
