Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities
Identify, Engage and manage stakeholders
Gather and analyse business requirements
Identify opportunities for improvement linked to business outcomes
Propose solutions encompassing business process / user workflow changes and gain stakeholder agreement
Define user journeys and UI mock-ups and guide developers on UI design/layout
Work with Agile Scrum teams to provide clear, estimable User Stories providing clarifications as needed
Work with stakeholders to agree priorities based on business value
Work with business resources to facilitate UAT approval
Support project manager in producing plans
Problem solving
Book running applications
Skills & Experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Min five years experience as a Business Analyst at least three of which are following a recognised Agile method including user story writing
Good understanding of relational database table structures and ability to write SQL queries
Track record in complex business processes / user workflow
Proven analytical capabilities - ability to think logically and consider all scenarios
Demonstrable experience in structuring requirements to deliver value incrementally
Process mapping experience
Data Modelling/ Logical Data Modelling
Writing User stories
Agile/ Scrum experience - Minimum of 2 years
Investment banking experience
Debt capital markets
