About This Opportunity
Join us as a Product Manager Client Servicing and Engagement Digital Channels Lab. Lead the team managing Important Business Process (IBP) activities for critical customer outcomes which ultimately feeds into a range of Important Business Services. Important Business Service IBS forms part of Operational Resilience activities to prevent, respond, recover and learn from operational disruption.

IBP is the process steps essential to the outcome of an end-to-end customer journey.
Job Responsibilities
In the role of Manager – IBS Product Manager, Digital Channels Lab, you'll be responsible for:
Accurately mapping the end-to-end customer journey of all assets, ensuring adherence to relevant risks and controls, contributing to the overall resilience of key digital channel journeys
Leading the annual attestation process for mapping assurance
Supporting relevant assessments across Group Incident Management, Resilience, Impact Tolerance, and Customer Treatment Strategy
Adhering to Governance processes with reporting requirements into Senior Leadership being a critical element of the role
Providing SME input to Scenario Testing and subsequent vulnerability remediation where required
Managing risk & controls and ensuring visibility of any IBP events or triggers
Building and maintaining positive relationships through effective collaborator engagement
Facilitating and coordinating quarterly & annual planning activity across the wider team

Strong influencing skills
