***NetBackup Engineer - Long Term Project - Fully Remote - Leading Organisation***

Job Description:
RED are seeking a skilled NetBackup Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise storage solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM Flash storage, HPE storage solutions, data replication, disaster recovery, and networking technologies such as Brocade.

Key Responsibilities:
IBM & HPE Storage Management:
Design, implement, and manage IBM Flash storage solutions, including FlashSystem family (FlashSystem 9500, 7300, 5200).
Configure and maintain HPE storage solutions, including HPE 3PAR, HPE Nimble, and HPE MSA.
Develop and maintain documentation for 3PAR and HPE MSA infrastructure, including configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Data Migration & Disaster Recovery:
Implement and maintain data replication and disaster recovery solutions using IBM & HPE 3PAR features such as Global Mirror, Metro Mirror, FlashCopy, and Remote Copy.

Requirements:
Proven experience with IBM FlashSystem, HPE 3PAR, Nimble, and MSA storage solutions.
Strong understanding of data replication, disaster recovery strategies, and migration projects.
Hands-on experience with Brocade switches and network configurations.
Knowledge of NetBackup and Rubrik backup technologies.
Ability to document technical configurations and best practices effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
