The Client:
This is an exciting opportunity for to join the team at the innovative art gallery. The successful candidate will support users globally, as well as ensuring the maintenance of IT policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to support this dynamic, creative team.

The Role:
IT Support Specialist duties will include, but are not limited to:
Providing first and second-line support to users for hardware, software, and system issues
Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 applications and services
Maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting infrastructure components including networks, NAS servers, CCTV and Wi-Fi systems
Ensuring adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and data protection regulations
Reviewing and contributing to cybersecurity reports, training completion, and incident response follow-ups
Setting up, managing, and maintaining user accounts, hardware, and software across offices and remote environments
Collaborating with external vendors for service and support where necessary
Preparing documentation, guides, and procedures for internal IT processes
Providing support and occasional onsite assistance in our Paris office
Participating in onboarding/offboarding processes for employees across global offices

The successful IT Support Specialist will have:
Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365) – including administration and troubleshooting
Good understanding of networking concepts – LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls
Experience with macOS and Windows environments
Exposure to cybersecurity practices and tools
Understanding of Power BI for reporting and dashboards
High degree of autonomy and independence – self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to support users at all levels
Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (e.g., Paris office)

Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the office, 2 at home
Up to £38k
Occasional travel to the Paris office when needed
