We are currently looking for an ACCA, ICB, or CIPP-certified Service Delivery Manager to join this well-known fintech business as a key member of their Service Delivery Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting partners and customers through onboarding, training, and continuous service excellence.

Our client, a leader in accounting software is seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional who can bridge technical expertise with outstanding relationship management. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for partners, solving customer challenges, and driving adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the onboarding process for new sales partners and clients, ensuring smooth implementation and training delivery.
Provide strategic support and guidance to partners through clear communication and a consultative approach.
Handle complex customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism, offering tailored solutions.
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and align them with appropriate software solutions.
Collaborate with the accountancy support team to resolve technical or accounting-related queries.
Maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams and external stakeholders to drive performance and customer outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required
Accounting or payroll qualification (ACCA, ICB, CIPP) is essential.
Proven experience in customer success, service delivery, or software onboarding roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
Confident engaging with customers through phone, email, and video calls.
Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer issues with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience working with or within accountancy firms is highly desirable.
