About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Veeva CRM Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Veeva CRM solutions, ideally in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate should have strong configuration and development expertise within the Veeva ecosystem, a solid grasp of Salesforce fundamentals, and a passion for delivering scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and maintain Veeva CRM to meet business requirements
Develop Veeva-specific components (e.g., Call Reports, CLM Presentations, Events Management)
Design and implement custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
Manage integrations between Veeva CRM and other enterprise systems
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation procedures if working in regulated environments

Required Skills:
5–6 years of experience in Veeva CRM development and configuration
Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
Experience working with Veeva Vault, CLM, or Approved Email (a plus)
Solid understanding of Veeva data model, objects, and workflows
Experience with integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud) is a plus
Familiarity with Agile development practices and Jira/Confluence
Strong communication and documentation skills
