Oracle Functional Consultant (OTL & Project Costing)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid (2–3 Days On-site)
Day Rate: £700–£730 (Inside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to focus on reviewing and optimising our clients OTL and Project Costing setup within a large programme of work. You will ensure OTL entries correctly flow into Project Costing and Billing.

You'll work closely with both business and technical teams to define processes, validate configuration, and support data alignment. This is a functional BA-style role, focused on guiding and validating the solution, not hands-on config.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead on reviewing the OTL and Project Costing.
Review and improve current setup; identify gaps across time entry, costing, and billing.
Ensure correct data flow from OTL to Costing to Billing, supporting future billing readiness.
Work with technical teams to validate integration points and data accuracy.
Guide business users on how project, time, and cost data should behave and support billing outcomes.

Experience Required:
5-7+ years’ experience with Oracle ERP
Proven working experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant
Proven track record in Oracle OTL and Project Costing
Requirements Gathering will be needed
Strong functional understanding of Oracle modules (EBS) and data flows.
Able to operate as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
