Job description:
Role Overview
A Salesforce Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business needs and Salesforce solutions. They analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Salesforce-based solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Solution Design: Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce system.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Validate that solutions meet business needs through UAT.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• User Training: Create training materials and provide support to end-users.

Required Skills
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex business problems with data-driven solutions.
