We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer to support the specification, implementation, and certification of industrial communication protocols within a global R&D environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with international product teams to ensure compliance with Schneider Electric standards and industry certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with global R&D teams to define and implement industrial protocol specifications (e.g., PROFINET, EtherNet/IP).
Lead and support internal equipment certifications and assist product teams with external certifications in line with Schneider Electric standards.
Contribute to the definition and evolution of interoperability testing strategies in collaboration with protocol experts.
Perform interoperability and certification tests to ensure reliable integration of automation systems and devices.
Support the creation and refinement of internal rules, requirements, and standards for industrial communication.
Engage in innovative proof-of-concept initiatives and leverage global collaboration opportunities across international development centers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Computer Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
