.Business Analyst - Creative Software | Bristol (Hybrid) | Up to £60,000 + Unlimited Holiday
An established creative software company based in Bristol is looking for a Business Analyst to join their digital transformation team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role with flexible working options.
You'll take ownership of discovery phases, shape new digital solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative projects for a diverse client base.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead business requirements gathering for complex digital transformation programmes
Map future-state ('to-be') business processes
Facilitate and design structured workshops (remote and in-person)
Collaborate with Product Owners and UI/UX Consultants on design and requirements
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Maintain awareness of third-party tools such as Umbraco and Microsoft Dynamics
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or software environments
Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and process modelling skills
Experience working within agile project teams
Familiarity with CMS platforms and CRM systems is desirable
