Salary: £42,000- £45,000

Sector: Public Sector / Local Government

Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid: 2 days in the office)

About the Role:

We’re partnering with a public sector client seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support their growing IT and Digital function. You will play a key role in the organisations long term modernisation programme, delivering multiple digital projects from iteration to completion, with a focus on service redesign and systems development

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with services to understand business needs and gather requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to shape effective digital solutions.
Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring successful implementation.
Analyse and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
Drive change management and support teams adopting new ways of working.
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
