Personal Experience

Experience in managing D&A projects preferably setting up data platforms in MS Fabric/Azure Databricks.
Has good understanding of data lifecycle and understands MDM, DQ,DG.
Experience in managing CPG customers and good understanding of CPG domain .
Ability to set up project governance and manage changes. Effectively manage internal stakeholders and senior stakeholders at the client end.
Guiding the team to plan user stories based on business priorities set by the Product Owner and identifying risks and dependencies.
Facilitate Breakout Sessions, ensuring proper discussions and adherence to timeboxes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, specifically Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective sessions for the teams.
Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Assist with internal and external communication by providing Agile metrics and reporting, improving transparency, and sharing information through burn-up and burn-down charts as well as other means.
Coordinate with other teams, communicate dependencies, and proactively reach agreements on dependencies.
