Barilla France is seeking a Market Controler Senior Analyst to join our Finance team based in Boulogne Billancourt (Paris). Reporting to the France Finance Senior Manager, this key role contributes directly to the sustainable growth of our strategic categories and customers.
Key Responsabilities
Strategic Management and Financial Analysis
Implement the category strategy plan effectively
Deliver business simulations based on partner needs, acting as a key advisor.
Align stakeholders and connect critical information to to identify opportunities or mitigate risks
Planning and Process Coordination
Coordinate planning processes with stakeholders:
Deliver aligned plans, including price lists, sales conditions, promotions, volume & mix, simulations, system inputs, and presentations.
Support innovation initiatives:
Provide relevant local data (e.g., "gross-to-net") for building innovation strategies.
Reporting and Data Management
Ensure comprehensive reporting and efficient data management:
Deliver monthly closures and forecasts with actionable insights.
Deliver all closings according to the group calendar.
Leverage digital tools to enhance reporting and business communication.
Analyze business performance:
Provide detailed P&L analysis for France, focusing on products, customers, and innovations.
Ensure alignment between strategic plans, categories, and local priorities.
Track marketing expenses and OPEX:
Provide monthly and forecast reports with corrective insights.
Monitor other income and expenses (OIE) to ensure accuracy and control.
Collaboration with other departments :
Collaborate with sales teams in order to deliver clear views of net performance and promotions by product and customer for closures and forecasts.
Support regional consolidation by coordinating and consolidating regional reports.
Candidate Profile
University degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience. Ideally you have already a first experience in controlling.
Strong analytical, and conceptual skills.
Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent numerical reasoning skills
Results-oriented and action-driven, with a good business acumen.
Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
English fluency is required, French is a plus
