Location: West Midlands, UK (Hybrid – 1 onsite meeting/month after onboarding)
Duration: 18 Months
Pay type: PAYE through Trust in SODA

Are you a content management pro with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences? We’re looking for a capable Live Content Manager to join our client's team working on a popular and evolving live-service game. This is a cross-functional role that offers a great opportunity to make an impact by coordinating and publishing in-game content that reaches millions of players worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and schedule in-game content using our proprietary Content Management System.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate content publishing that aligns with our Live Service schedule.
Partner with testers and service engineers to ensure content is tested, verified, and deployed reliably.
Communicate progress and blockers to stakeholders across the business.
Build a deep understanding of our CMS tools to help troubleshoot and support other teams.
Maintain and expand documentation to support continued tool usage and adoption.

What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in content management tools and publishing processes.
Experience working with regular content delivery schedules (daily or weekly).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of delivering work to deadlines.

Bonus Points For
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or experience working with technical systems.
Passion for video games or live digital experiences.
Basic Photoshop or editorial skills for occasional light edits or copywriting.
