Energy Process Engineer – Sustainability | Industrial Manufacturing
Full-time | On-site | Industrial Sector

What You’ll Do:
As Energy Process Engineer, you’ll be the internal energy expert — analyzing consumption data, leading energy-saving initiatives, and ensuring compliance regulations. You'll work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and support broader process improvements in quality and operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring and analyzing daily energy use
Leading and coordinating energy efficiency and decarbonization projects
Acting as the internal lead for energy regulations (ETS, EBO)
Driving the implementation and audit readiness of ISO 50001 energy systems
Supporting production process optimization

Who We’re Looking For:
A Master’s degree in a Chemical/ Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering
Industry experience in energy management or process engineering
Strong analytical mindset with a creative and hands-on approach
Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Fluent in Dutch and English
A natural communicator and collaborator
